John Strohman was born in a small steel town near Cincinnati and is a proud Villanova University alumnus. After graduating Villanova, John moved to New York and began his extensive financial services career in foreign exchange. He later traded the Big Apple for Tokyo and Singapore as currency markets gave John and his wife the opportunity to live abroad. They eventually settled in the Philadelphia region as John transitioned to institutional asset management.
John developed a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives, but realized the institutional market was not the place to have the strongest impact. Financial health is multi-dimensional and not solely limited to investments. It’s a balancing act between investments, protection, and cash flow all working together for you and your family.
John’s diverse experience has proved invaluable when advising families and small business owners on their financial journey. John and his wife have raised three children and understand life’s challenges and opportunities. As a small business owner himself, John appreciates and understands the challenges of managing a business.
John graduated from Villanova University with a B.S in Accounting and received an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. He is a Certified Exit Planner (CExP™) and Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations and his life and health insurance licenses.
Registered Representative and Financial Advisor of Park Avenue Securities LLC (PAS). Financial Representative of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian), New York, NY.
